Our Rebuild and Reline Services Feature:

  • Unit Inspection and removal of the existing lining
  • Sandblasting, inspection, and minor repairs
  • Quoting of any other required repairs (may affect the lead time)
  • Test fit of mold, re-blasting, priming for casting purposes
  • Casting of the liner with specified material at standard thickness
  • Oven curing of unit
  • Installation of new drain(s) and relined door, plug if applicable
  • Installation of relined gate, gate shaft, gate bearing(s), bearing gasket(s) if applicable
  • Painting with industrial-grade enamel in specified color (machine grey if not specified)
